1. Service boundary
Ryan J Banda is a Canada 19+ entertainment-only social game. It does not offer real-money gambling, purchases, deposits, withdrawals, cash prizes, or prizes of value. Nothing displayed in a game, account, balance, or support response is an offer of money, goods, or a redeemable benefit.
2. Eligibility and local availability
You must be a resident of Canada, at least 19 years old, and legally permitted to access an entertainment-only social game where you use it. Do not use the service if a voluntary break, exclusion, or your own wellbeing plan means you should step away. We may restrict access while eligibility or safe-use concerns are reviewed.
3. Banda Credits
- Banda Credits are fictional in-product counters used only to present free-play game rounds.
- They have no monetary value and are not money, property, a stored-value balance, or a prize.
- They cannot be bought, sold, deposited, withdrawn, gifted, exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash, goods, services, or anything else of value.
- An eligible account receives 100,000 fictional starting credits. The service may correct a displayed balance after a technical error, replayed request, or invalid round.
4. Play, outcomes, and interruptions
The server resolves the final grid and fictional-credit result before the browser presents it. A visual animation, connection delay, or interrupted page does not create a separate entitlement. If a request is retried with the same identifier, the local service is designed to return the recorded result rather than apply another balance change.
Availability is not guaranteed. We may pause, change, or remove a game or route to address defects, maintain the service, protect users, or meet an applicable obligation. Game outcomes do not predict or represent outcomes in real-money gambling.
5. Fair use and account conduct
Do not automate play; scrape, probe, or overload the service; exploit a defect; bypass a safety setting; impersonate another person; submit misleading support information; or attempt to access another session. Keep any access details private and report suspected misuse through Support. We may suspend the local session or restrict access when conduct threatens the service or another user.
6. Player Care
Free play still takes time and attention. The Player Care page provides a session reminder and local voluntary-break choices, plus independent Canadian education resources. In this local build, care choices are stored in the current session; production enforcement, account closure, and any long-term exclusion process require separately configured server-side account controls.
7. Content and intellectual property
The Ryan J Banda name, original game presentation, graphics, copy, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may use the service for personal entertainment only. Do not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or use product materials for commercial purposes without permission.
8. Changes, legal details, and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a new effective date on this page. The legal entity, service address, governing-law position, and dispute process are not configured for this local build and must be confirmed before public launch.
