STUDIO RULES.

• 50 percent deposit due at time of booking. Remaining rental fees due on rental day

• Fees for additional time that was not billed during the initial booking will be due at the end of the rental period

• ***Rental time begins promptly at the prescribed starting time and ends promptly at the prescribed ending time, regardless if renter and/or renter’s party is late***

• ***Rental time includes load-in, setup, tear down and cleaning. The studio must be cleaned and vacated by the scheduled end time and no later, please consider this when booking your rental***

• K1000 minimum cleaning fee required for excessively dirty studio and large groups or production crews exceeding 15 people. Additional charges my apply

• 1.5x hourly rate for every hour booked after 5:00pm

STUDIO GUIDELINES.

• No smoking is allowed in the studio. Projects involving smoke must have prior consent of a company representative.

• Music is to be kept at reasonable levels.

• No one will be admitted who is under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.

• No pets allowed without prior consent of a company representative.

• No nudity - Maintain modest and respectful attire.

• No profane music/video content will be allowed on site. (Keep it clean)

• All small and/or hard to clean material (confetti, hair cutting, feathers, food products, body paint, etc.) require approval from company representative. K1000 minimum cleaning fee required, additional charges my apply depending on studio condition at wrap up.

• Maximum of 8 people in renter’s party. Total 15 people max in the studio at one time. Additional fee of K50 per each person over the limit will apply.

STUDIO EQUIPMENT

• Heavy duty equipment/props require approval from company representative. May incur additional cost.

• Renter is responsible for studio lighting setup and tear down

• Seamless paper backgrounds may be requested subject to availability. (Get in touch)

• K200 fee for full sweep/roll out of seamless on the floor

• Special order backdrop colors can be requested and installed for K1000 (7 day notice required)

• Mandatory K300 cleaning fee for cyclorama (infinity) wall use

• Cyclorama wall will be in as-is condition. Please call for pricing for painting a fresh coat.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled rental are eligible for a refund, less a 3% cancellation fee

• No refund for cancellation made less 48-hours before scheduled rental

• 25 percent reschedule fee if notice is less than 48-hours before scheduled rental

FULL RENTAL AGREEMENT

Please read over and sign the rental agreement and bring it with you for your studio session along with a copy of your NRC.

• HOW DO I CHECK AVAILABILITY?

Availability can be checked on the book the studio page by making a request. An email reply with available dates will be sent.

• HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO BOOK THE STUDIO?

• WHAT IF I NEED TO BOOK A RENTAL TIME THAT ISN’T ON THE SITE?

• DO YOU PROVIDE THE PHOTOGRAPHER?

We only provide the studio space and/or equipment. You are responsible for hiring a photographer however we can provide recommendations.

• DO YOU OFFER CONTINUOUS LIGHTING FOR VIDEO?

We do not offer any video lighting equipment.

• IS THERE AN EXTRA COST TO USE THE STROBE LIGHTING?

We do not offer any strobe lighting equipment.

• WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

Studio hours are 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday. Get in touch for weekend bookings.

• HOW ARE THE ACOUSTICS/SOUND FOR VIDEO?

Ambient noise at the studio location varies as we’re located in a populated area.

• CAN I WALK IN AND SEE THE STUDIO BEFORE BOOKING?

We do not allow walk-ins but you can request a tour by submitting a studio request form.

• IS SEAMLESS BACKGROUND PAPER OFFERED?
